Applicable to passengers aged 65 years or older
or passenger aged from 12 year or older to 21
Please note that a legal document containing the date of birth (day, month and year) must be presented when purchasing the ticket and again during check-in.
Examples of such documents are availed Driver’s License, Health Insurance Certificate, etc.

Limitation of Available Seats

The number of available seats is limited.

Reservation and Purchasing Period

Available on a stand-by basis only, when there is a seat are available on the date of departure. Customers cannot make reservations prior to the date of departure.

Payment Deadline

20 minutes prior to the flight scheduled departure time.

Changes

No changes can be made once the ticket is purchased.

Ticket Validity

Ticket is valid only on the flight for which it was purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are only available through flight cancellation due to bad weather or aircraft maintenance issues.
