Notice Regarding Reservation Changes and Passenger Fare Refunds
Ticket purchasing deadline
| ● | Once the reservation is made, please purchase the ticket within 5 days, including the date of the booking. |
Please note that reservations will be cancelled without prior notice if payment is not made by the purchase deadline.
How to purchase tickets

Passenger can purchase tickets by cash and credit card at the Amakusa airport counter.
At other airports, passenger can purchase tickets at airport counter only on the day of departure.

| ◇ | On AMX’s website and Mobile site After making reservation online, please enter your credit card number, expiry date and security code to purchase your tickets. |
| ◇ | By telephone After making a reservation, you will be asked your credit card number, expiry date and security code. |

You can pay by using multimedia terminals or at register. After complete the payment, please receive the receipts and present at airport counter when you check-in.
