① Passengers with medical requirements

Medical information is required. And passenger must be accompanied by a physician.
※Passengers who need oxygen supply are required to proffer using it.

② Expectant mothers

◇ assenger expecting confinement within 28 days to 8 days (including expected delivery date).

Medical information and Consent/Release Form will be required.

◇ Passenger expecting confinement within 7 days (including expected delivery date).

Medical information and Consent/Release Form are required.
Passenger must be accompanied by a physician.

※The medical information form is to indicate that the pregnancy is not complicated, and passenger is in good health for air travel and expected date of delivery. It must be issued by a physician no more than 7 days (including the day of departure) prior to departure.

③ Passenger with walking disabilities

◇ A passenger who cannot move himself/herself at all

A passenger is required to travel with an escort or attendant. The number of passengers who cannot move himself/herself at all on board is limited.

◇ A passenger who cannot climb the stairs without help but can reach the seat alone

④ Children who travel alone

We will help unaccompanied minors aged 6 or 7 years from the departure airport to the arrival airport.
※Available for children up to 11 years upon request.

◇ 6・7 years old

Consent/Release Form will be required. Please fill in the required items at the counter of departure airport. The parent/guardian will be required at each airport.

◇ 8-11 years old

Available if passengers request.

⑤ Passengers with seeing disabilities

If you are traveling without an escort, our staff will assist you.
The number of passengers with seeing disabilities on board is limited.
A guide dog is accepted free of charge.

⑥ Passengers with infants and toddlers (infant= 8 days –less than 3 years old )

Infants and toddlers are to be accompanied by a passenger of at least 12 years old.
The number of infants on board is limited.

⑦ Passengers with pets

Check-in must be made at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Please submit the Consent /Release Form which you had completed in advance.
Fees will apply to check-in your pet at counter of departure airport.

⑧ Passengers who carry oversized musical instruments on board

◇ For instrument cases whose total dimensions do not exceed 100 cm

Instruments may be taken aboard for no charge. They should be stored securely in an overhead storage compartment.

◇ For instrument cases whose total dimensions exceed 100 cm
